Duties & Responsibilities:

Skills and Requirements:

Field Service Supervisor:
Job Description
1, Responsible for on-site operation plan to organize the implementation, reasonable allocation of operators and equipments, to ensure that the work process and efficiency;
2, Responsible for on-site supervision and guidance of the process, promote standardization of the management, control the scene job specifications and job quality;
3, Responsible for on-site staff of working process training, technical training and safety education, control their operating skills and safety consciousness;
4, Responsible for on-site maintenance of customer relationships, to comply with the requirements of the clients for operation, meet the dynamic demand of customer, and timely feedback the daily job to the customer;
5, Responsible for on-site data statistics, the inspection report and customer report made and upload in ARTIS;
6, Responsible for on-site quality problem and efficiency analysis, formulation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
7, Responsible for on-site fixed assets, fixture, wire and consumables management, statistical analysis cost consumption, formulate and implement improvement measures;
8, Responsible for the final judgment and distinguish between OK parts and NG parts;
9, Responsible for the timely solution in the work process of abnormal situation and emergency, coordinate the relationship with other related departments;
10, Responsible for promote the company’s regulations and policies, help operator to deal with problems and complaints;
11, Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
